Spherion is hiring for 2nd Shift Assembly Workers in Burgettstown. The Assembly position pays $17.50-$19.50 per hour. This is a Monday through Thursday position 3:30pm to 2am, with overtime that is always available on Friday. This is a full-time position where you will be assembling wooden crates with hand and power tools. Training for this position is on first shift which is 5a-3:30p.

Assembly Workers will be responsible for assembling and packaging crates along with smaller pieces.

Responsibilities:

Assembling wooden crates using power drills and pneumatic driversUpholding high standards for quality craftsmanship and workplace safetyConsistently meet or exceed production quotasUse computer systems and scanners to manage work ordersAssist other departments and work overtime to meet business demands

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Skills:

Must be able to use hand tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner
