Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Assemblers. These positions are contract-to-hire and candidates should be aware that the transition to permanent status may take longer than one year. Flexibility to work weekdays and Saturdays as needed is essential.
ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with microscopes.Small part assembly.Strong communication skills.Ability to work with microscopes 90% of the shift.Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience.High School Diploma or Equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsMedical device assembly experience.Experience working in cleanroom environments.Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, calipers, and micrometers.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position requires working in a manufacturing environment, specifically in a cleanroom 100% of the time. You will be working in close proximity to other stations and must adhere to cleanroom protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
