Required Skills:

Forklift operation certification and experience Ability to operate forklifts, clamps, and attachments safely Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation Effective communication skills Knowledge of WMS and KOS systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in warehouse conditions with dust, noise, and temperature variations

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in inventory management Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety procedures Previous work in food-grade warehouse environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age (21+ for Covington candidates) Prior warehouse or industrial truck experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

Valid forklift or industrial truck certification Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays Proper PPE and adherence to safety and food safety standards as applicable
