Salary: $2800 / Week $2800/wk - Physical Therapist – Sacramento, CA Details: Location: Sacramento, CA Start date: 9/22 Duration: 13 weeks, possible extensions Shift: 5x8 Days, 40 hours/week - Tue-Sat (8am - 4:30pm) Requirements: + Active PT License in CA + 1 year minimum of experience **DETAIL BREAKDOWN** 36-hour week · $2800 Total Travel Package weekly · $800 Weekly Taxable Wages + · $1400 Weekly Lodging Allowance + · $600 Weekly M&I Allowance · *Based upon qualifying for position and allowances. Text or call me at (813) 371-5153 The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
