Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the execution of the region export compliance process and procedures Operational responsibility for executing regional export compliance processes and procedures.Provide guidance to internal Sales and Service Departments regarding individual transactions, conduct internal case assessments, and manage necessary internal authorizations.Processing of denied party screening workflows, including obtaining required clearances and executing follow-up actions as necessarySupport businesses with export license requestsExecute internal monitoring through standard reports identify risks and collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement corrective measures.Offer expert guidance and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the regional export compliance program.Work in close coordination with the Senior Export Compliance Specialist to ensure deputyship and contribute to the strategic development of the regional export compliance program.Maintain communication with interfacing business departments, provide compliance advisory services, and conduct or support export control training initiatives to enhance compliance awareness.What You Need to SucceedWorking knowledge of the following regulations: regional import/export regulations, Chinese Export Controls, HS and ECCN classification, product origin, international sanction regime not limited to US EAR and/or EU Dual-Use regulations.5-7 years of trade compliance experience in a fast-paced multinational organization, focusing on business, highly attentive to details and analysis, and adaptable to changes.Able to work under strong pressure, capable of setting priorities, driving actions to completion, and focusing on work quality.Excellent oral and written communication skills, Fluent English language skills a must.Degree (bachelor's or higher) in International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Process/Industrial Engineering, or related field/equivalent qualification.Willing to accept short-distance travel between Shanghai and Changzhou.Our Offer to YouCompetitive compensation & benefit packagePossibility to work in an international environment with multicultural teamInteresting and challenging career in a successful leading global organizationTrainings and professional developmentAbout Mettler ToledoMETTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
