We are seeking a Recruiter Intern to assist the early career recruitment team in discovering and attracting the next generation of talent. You will shape the Amazon of tomorrow by driving impactful recruitment initiatives, organizing engaging events, and contributing to building Amazon's future workforce in Japan. Key Responsibilities: - Support Amazon's recruitment process for university hiring programs - Assist in organizing and executing university recruitment events - Create and update recruitment-related documentation - Support employer branding initiatives for university programs - Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports - Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment team members both domestically and internationally * This is a full 8 week full time (40hours/week) paid internship.
