In your role, you will be supporting our Area Product Owners and Business Analysts in the delivery of Salesforce capabilities to CIBC's commercial and private wealth relationship managers, bankers, and advisors. You will assist with the capturing of product build requirements from business stakeholders and users; collaborate with the product and technology delivery teams on analyzing business gaps and various technology/business solutions; as well as engage with various lines of business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure the Salesforce backlog continues to support and enable CIBC's customer facing teams. **Who You Are** + Successful candidates must exhibit CIBC’s values of trust, teamwork, and accountability. + Engage with purpose to find the right solutions putting our customers first.
