Opportunities Available​ 

​As an Information Technology (IT) intern at Stryker, you may be placed in one of the following areas, where you will support projects that apply technology to solve business challenges, improve efficiency, and protect critical system:​ ​ 

​Cybersecurity: Contribute to projects that protect Stryker’s systems, networks, and data. Gain hands-on experience in monitoring, analysis, and implementing security measures that safeguard digital assets and strengthen resilience. 

Business Solutions: Work with IT and business teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and support technology projects. Help bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions by assisting with project planning, execution, and delivery. 

Technical Solutions: Support initiatives to implement and optimize IT systems. Contribute to tasks such as software and hardware integration, process improvements, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth business operations. 

Information Systems: Partner with IT business leaders to improve processes using enterprise systems and data. Apply analytical skills to support new process implementations, create reporting templates, enhance user experience (UX), and document training resources. Gain experience in project management, metrics development, and cross-functional collaboration. 

 

Majors Targeted: Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related majors 

 

What You Need​​ 

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.​ 

Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire) 

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.​ 

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships 

Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
