Support areas such as: + **Sales** : Provide reporting, content, and tools that increase sales productivity and effectiveness while streamlining processes and metrics. + **Data Governance** : Help deliver trusted, high-quality data that enables scalability, process excellence, and improved partner experiences. + **Commercial Analytics** : Analyze diverse data sources to support business growth strategies by reducing time spent on data preparation and increasing focus on insights and foresight. + **Data Intelligence** – Develop dashboards and visualizations of internal datasets that support informed decision-making across business units and for customers. + **Information Technology** – Partner with IT teams to leverage emerging technologies and analytics to deliver quality data, trusted information, and innovative tools that support Stryker’s growth objectives. ​ **Majors Targeted:** Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (MIS), Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Finance **What You Need** ​​ + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.​ + Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire) + Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.​ + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships + Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
