What you can expect in this role 

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams — your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include

Review Testcases and identify automation candidatesCreate automated scripts using Playwright framework and Typescript programming languageBuild Kibana/ElasticSearch Dashboards for tracking test resultsSchedule CI/CD pipelines for daily/regular execution of scriptsMaintain code using GitlabTroubleshoot script failures, debug code and resolve failures

Required qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 - May 2027Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

The base pay for this position generally is between $27.50 and $29.50. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
