**Department Overview**

**Job Summary**
Engage in the design process of a built from shell data hall. Responsible for helping calculate electrical and mechanical metrics while job shadowing onsite personnel. Utilize schooling to increase analytical capacity of the department. Improve operational efficiency by providing project support to the department.
The summer associate position is a temporary role.
**Start Date:** Monday, June 1, 2026
**End Date:** Friday, August 7, 2026
**Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Support recurring calculations and data validation. Set up process for when they no longer support the organization.
+ Help build andmaintaindashboards, reports, and KPI trackers.
+ Provide administrative support for ongoing key infrastructure projects.
+ Document processes more clearly for training and continuity.
+ Free up senior staff to focus on higher-level decision-making.
+ Gain knowledge of MEP systems and how to take a thoughtful approach to the management of these systems.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Educational/** **Previous** **Experience Requirements**
+ Pursuinga bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
+ Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
+ Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD).
