Key job responsibilities
The Program Manager Intern will support operational excellence initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and a business or commerce educational background.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making

• Perform research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal operational metrics to inform strategic recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, finance, and business teams to gather requirements and align on project objectives

• Streamline existing processes by identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, and proposing optimization solutions

• Own and deliver an end-to-end project from scoping through implementation, including project planning, stakeholder management, and progress reporting

• Develop Excel-based models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to leadership

• Support program management activities including meeting facilitation, action item tracking, and documentation of decisions and outcomes
