What you will gainThe Full Time Analyst Program, beginning in early July 2026, provides a five-week comprehensive training and introduction to Santander CIB and its capabilities. The training includes coursework in financial accounting, structuring, excel, analysis, modeling, and corporate valuation.You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your overarching development during the program.Throughout the Two-Year Program, you will work with dynamic teams that will provide you with support from some of the most passionate and experienced colleagues in the industry; all while developing the skills, knowledge, and leadership experience you will need to grow both professionally and personally. Strong English and Spanish communication skills both written and spoken required.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
