Visit Lycoming\.com  &  TextronSystems\.com  to read more about who we are and the products we make\!   **About This Role** The sales intern will be responsible for providing support to Lycoming’s Sales, Marketing, and IT departments\.  **Job Responsibilities:** Create a Customer Relationship Management System to manage customer interactions, track order backlog and shipment history and available publications/announcements\.Engage with IT to help shape and test an Oracle based online ordering portal for Lycoming’s website\.Knowledge Management and Interactive Workflow System: Create a central repository for agents to access guides, step\-by\-step instructions, and reference materials to help them resolve common issues quickly\. Provides agents with prompts and step\-by\-step instructions to guide them through specific customer interactions and troubleshooting processes\.Participate in cross functional project team meetings\. **Qualifications** Qualifications Student should be pursuing a B\.S\. or M\.S\. in Business, Business Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related degree\.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with PowerPoint and AccessSQL, Oracle and VBA experience and knowledge baseYou will not now, or in the future, require sponsorship \( i\.e\.
