We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Intern to join our Hilton Worldwide Sales team based in the Paris Corporate office. The ideal candidate should display a passion for Sales, Travel and Hospitality and wish to understand and contribute to the success of a Fortune 500 globally recognised brand.

A bit about the job
The purpose of the internship is to support Hilton Worldwide Sales team with their day-to-day work. Assisting all segments, this internship will give the successful candidate a 360° view of a successful functioning of a Global Sales Office. Working under the direction and guidance of the Director of Hilton Worldwide Sales as well as other team members, the primary focus of this role is to provide administrative and sales support to the teams whilst learning the skills and knowledge to have a successful career in the Hospitality industry.  

Functions include:

Prepare customer facing business reviewsQualify potential clients (prospects)Support marketing collaterals creation (e.g. invitations, surveys)Consolidate client performance analysis & reportingAccompany Sales teams to client appointmentsAssist Sales representatives in the organisation of client eventsSupport RFP launchesSupport hotel needs and requests

Supportive Functions
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the line manager based upon the particular requirements of the company.

Comply with all policies, systems and procedures as laid down by the line managerThe holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable frameworkAdditional supportive functions as appropriate  Participates in industry events and represents Hilton Worldwide at trade fairs and workshops, agreed by the line managerUpdates manuals and other department-related documentsContributes to the development and performance of the teamSupports training for new team members – if applicable

Salary & Benefits
€693 gross per month + €187 gross per month for food allowance

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet in order to be considered for this amazing opportunity. These are detailed as follows;

Must be studying towards a degree, preferably with a focus on Sales, Hospitality or BusinessMust be available to start from the 4th of May 2026Must be fluent in French & English, including reading, writing and speakingMust be able to commit to a 6-month internshipMust be in possession of an appropriate form of right to work, that will entitle you to undertake a 6 month internship in France without restrictionThe ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Sales and the Travel / Hospitality industryA candidate with good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, and a pro-active and organised approach is highly sought after for this roleA positive, can-do attitudeExceptional attention to detailLanguage capability is a bonus
