What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Contribute to project tasks and milestones, organizing work to meet deadlines.Support the shared services site team and direct reports, ensuring effective communication with internal and external business professionals.Adhere to compliance and controls, supporting Corporate Audit and capturing necessary information for review.Collaborate with legal, compliance, and market approvers to manage exceptions and approvals.Review healthcare contract standards for external professionals, ensuring customer needs and relationships are proactively fulfilled and enhanced.Perform period-end financial close activities, meeting all related deadlines.Develop financial information by researching and analyzing accounting data to meet management requests.Identify key groups or positions for regular interaction and assist in the timely delivery of standardized financial processes on behalf of Pfizer.Learn and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate Work Team.Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems, with limited decision-making authority, working under the supervisor's direction.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointFluency in English speaking and writingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills, both written and verbal

Pharmaceutical industry or contracts experienceSystem application & products / Oracle experienceGood organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple prioritiesExperience with financial reporting and analysisKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirementsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasksProactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
