**Description:** The Pastry Extern supports the resort's Pastry Chef and pastry team while gaining hands-on experience in a professional pastry and baking environment. This educational role provides exposure to the preparation, presentation, and production of high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and specialty baked goods that reflect the resort's culinary standards. Working alongside experienced culinary professionals, the Pastry Extern will develop technical pastry skills, learn industry best practices, and contribute to daily kitchen operations.
