INTERNSHIP FORMAT
This internship will follow a hybrid/in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2026.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
The Dealer Network Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting Regional Managers, assigned to multiple business centers, with the implementation and management of the domestic dealer network. This role will operate as the liaison between business centers and headquarters to ensure network activity packages are prepared accurately prior to Regional Manager's approval. In addition, the Dealer Network Operations Intern will assist in network tracking, as well as support multiple reporting functions as they relate to the domestic dealer network. Various special assignments will also be assigned if needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internshipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications or related field Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2026 Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications Capable of working both independently and as part of a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations Strong interest in the automotive industry Automotive industry experience
