Interns will deepen their growth and development through three dimensions: + **Education** : Cohort learning and development in different group settings, and cross-track educational activities that will broaden the interns understanding of Truist, the financial services industry, various lines of business, and corporate function teams. + **Exposure** : Interaction with the enterprise leaders throughout the summer experience, as well as exposure to a variety of lines of business, industry specialists, training experts, and other Truist interns. + **Experience** : On the job training that may include working on client engagement industry research, client proposals and presentations, and other Wholesale Banking strategic initiatives. **What to Expect:** You will play a meaningful role in supporting internal business partners and external clients, as well as expand your and collaborative team skills, credit and risk acumen, and industry and technical knowledge.
