**Job Responsibilities:** Internal Control and Compliance + Assist in internal control review based on the control points, document the findings. + Compliance Consulting: Provide relevant process, internal control, and compliance system consulting for the company's business departments. + Compliance Review: Assist in conducting compliance reviews of the company's distributors. + Compliance Training: Assist in compliance promotion and training for the company Chop & Filling management： + Review the compliance of seal use application, ensure the use of seals is in line with the company's relevant procedures; register and maintain the records of seal usage. + Coordinate with other departments of the company and be responsible for the filing and archiving of relevant documents. **You're the right fit if:** + Bachelor above, Major in accounting or finance is preferred + Good interpersonal skills to enable effective and influential internal and external contacts. + Exhibit analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes and technology concepts + Excellent presentation skills with large and small audiences. + Competent in both oral and written English and Chinese + PC skills with Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint etc. + Thoroughness and good attention to detail
