BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives + FIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) + AWIM (A World In Motion) **Job Description** + Learn how to define, measure, analyze and improve process capability of Machining, assembly and test processes. + Learn how to establish manufacturing rates, routings and assist in the process of sourcing the parts and components. + Assist in the development of proposals and justification for new/replacement capital equipment and provide technical assistance to bring equipment on line with cost and timing requirements. + Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes or changes along with Manufacturing Engineering utilizing BPS methodologies. + Working with QMM, determine internal quality procedures and implement in manufacturing. + Assess possible bottleneck situations in production process. + Provide feedback (CIP) to all related areas including Machining, Assembly, Test and/or QMM. + Participate in BPS Kaizen events both within and outside your area. + Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned. **Qualifications** + Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university (ex. CHEA) and pursuing a Bachelors with two semesters completed or Masters degree with at least one semester completed in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. + Will accept post graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university (ex. CHEA) up to one year. + Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0. + Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. + Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. + Knowledge of CNC machining, programming and tooling. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel **Additional Information** **Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans.**
