Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with 8–12 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirement gathering, functional documentation, client communication, and solution delivery across domestic and international implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules for clients in manufacturing and warehousing sectors.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (FRD and FDD).

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, production, and warehousing to design scalable supply chain solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and user training sessions with domestic and international stakeholders.

• Configure SCM modules including procurement, inventory management, product information, and warehouse management.

• Ensure successful delivery of projects with high client satisfaction.

• Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stages.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in D365 F&O with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules.

• Hands-on experience with Indian manufacturing and warehousing clients, as well as exposure to European business processes.

• Strong documentation skills including FRD, FDD, and other project-related documents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability in client handling, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis.

• Willingness and flexibility for domestic and international travel as per project requirements.
 

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience :

8–12 years

Preferred Skills :
Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O SCM
