We are excited to be launching the CITI MQA APAC Mentorship program where you can receive one-to-one monthly guidance through a series of 1-hr mentoring sessions from Citi’s Markets Quantitative Analysis professionals and discover if a career within MQA is right for you. Successful candidates will: • Benefit from a 6-month structured mentoring program with CITI MQA Quant professionals that will build their knowledge of Citi and the workings of the Quant team. • Enhance their understanding of the skills needed for a successful career in Quant Finance. Eligibility Criteria: Be in your last year of college (Undergrad/Master’s/PhD) with a STEM discipline or within 1-2 years of completing a STEM qualification or a maximum of 3 years working experience in a STEM related field and looking for a career change. Technical skills : at least 1 or more from C++, Python, SQL, R, Java, KDB/Q, Data Science, Statistics Expectations: Attend monthly 1-hr Zoom sessions with mentors Share career aspirations and focus areas Lead and take responsibility for own learning and development Please note: Citi does in no way guarantee an offer of employment to mentees as a result of taking part in the MQA Mentorship Program.
