The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Special Education Aide to support students with learning differences in achieving academic and personal success. This role is ideal for someone who loves working one-on-one and in small groups with students, enjoys being part of a collaborative school team, and believes that every child — regardless of background or ability — can reach their fullest potential. What You’ll Do Instructional & Student Support Provide academic and behavioral support to students individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings. Reinforce instruction in core reading and ELA areas, including decoding, phonics, comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary. Assist students in achieving their IEP goals, tracking progress, and celebrating growth. Encourage engagement and participation in classroom activities. Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with the classroom teacher and Education Specialist to implement instructional plans and interventions. Communicate regularly about student performance and behavior. Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports as required.
