About you and this role Dow is seeking high-potential candidates for its MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) – a premier opportunity for individuals graduating with an MBA from an accredited University Business School program. This program offers accelerated career development in key business leadership areas such as Commercial and Finance, with the goal of cultivating future senior leaders who bring fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the complex challenges and opportunities facing Dow. In doing so, we will also create a powerful pipeline of future executive leaders for our company. Responsibilities: + Join an existing business or function and fulfill role requirements + Apply prior experience and business school learnings to current role as well as special projects as they arise + Possible travel and exposure to other regions/countries as deemed appropriate for projects. + The incumbent will have the opportunity for senior executive exposure and mentoring. + Opportunity for Strategy or Financial Portfolio management >$200MM Profit and Loss responsibility. Qualifications: + Complete requirements for MBA degree from an accredited University's Business School. + Successful completion of Dow MBA Internship + A minimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
