Dow's Human Resources Development Program (HRDP) prepares you to contribute to Dow, precisely in the Human Resources function. Suppose you are a recent graduate with a talent and passion for designing and implementing people management processes that bring out the best in people. In that case, you'll want to consider joining the Dow HR Development Program (HRDP). This program provides early career experiences across multiple areas of Human Resources and, at the same time, gives participants insight into the Dow organization and culture through challenging assignments, exposure to senior HR leaders, networking, and structured learning programs. HRDP consists of 3 rotational assignments in a wide range of HR disciplines for up to 3 years. Upon successful completion of the HRDP, employees can secure permanent positions in Human Resources. Location:Midland, MI or Houston, TX Qualifications: + A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor & Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration, or related discipline. + GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred + A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
