About the Internship
Walmart’s Marketplace internship is a paid, 11-week summer program designed for undergraduate students graduating between December 2026 and August 2027. The paid internship will prepare associates for a career with Walmart by offering meaningful projects, opportunities to network with industry experts, and skill development—all while enjoying an inspiring summer in a dynamic, global organization.

As a Walmart Marketplace Intern, you will:
• Develop predictive models for marketplace growth, pricing, and operations to provide data-driven insights, enabling negotiations and improvements that bring greater value to the company.
• Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Support category leaders in executing marketplace initiatives by leveraging various tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform operations and customer experience.
• Assist in executing strategies to enhance seller performance and drive sales.
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, automation, and innovation within the Marketplace ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 – August 2027.
• Willingness to relocate to Walmart’s Home Office Hub location after graduation: Bentonville, AR.
• 0-2 years of part-time or full-time relevant experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills.
