Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesComplete daily, monthly, and annual closing activities for the costing module with precision and efficiency, while upholding the integrity of financial closing processes and data quality.Produce high-quality internal management reports in a timely manner, offering valuable support for effective cost analysis.Ensure compliance with all operational processes and facilitate both internal and external audits, including SOX compliance and annual audits.Partner with business departments to spearhead updates to costing-related process and policy documents, providing constructive recommendations and actively participating in process improvement initiatives.Accurately execute the annual costing run and release, while supporting cycle counts and physical counts, and reviewing, verifying, and adjusting inventory account transactions as needed.Revise and update the unified Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the costing team, encompassing detailed process descriptions, common issues, and effective solutions.Assist Unit Finance with data analysis, budgeting, and other essential business functions.Actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of workflows and strengthening of internal controls within the finance shared service center to elevate customer service quality.What You Need to SucceedEducationBachelor's degree or above in finance-related majors, overseas background preferred.Holders of accounting and finance professional certificates (CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.) are preferred.Working experiencesAt least 2 years of experience in cost accounting within multinational companies or auditing experience in manufacturing at accounting firms.Experience with overseas assignments or multinational projects is preferred.
