Airswift is currently looking for 2 Senior Purchasing Consultants Packaging to work with our client an Oil and Gas COMPANY

Timeline and budget Desired start date: 01/10/2025 Duration of the purchase order: 6 months Estimated duration of the mission: More than 6 months Location Mission based in La Défense, France Possible trips: Europe, 3 per year Method of implementation: at the office
Mission Context
Organize the purchasing process in terms of calls for tenders and selection of suppliers:
  prepare, organise and conduct tenders in collaboration with category manager and/or TGP's leading segment and the central specifier Develop the purchasing strategy of the tenders in question (issues, levers, supplier panel, planning, etc.) and present it to the Category Board, Analyze the suppliers' responses in collaboration with the prescriber, organize and conduct the defenses. Negotiating the best contractual terms Develop an RTA (Recommendation To Award) and present it to the category committee Finalize and have contracts signed. The mission also consists of supporting the subsidiaries in the organization of the call for tenders, from strategy to award.
The buyer supports the subsidiaries in the preparation of the files to be submitted.
The buyer assists the leading segments in the construction of their tenders.
Contract management and renegotiation of contracts or their extensions, analyze the proper use/application of framework contracts.
Important Point: 2 consultants will be selected. They may come from different firms.

Objectives and deliverables
Support for leading segments for PACKAGING projects
  Assists leading segments in the creation of standard documents, data recording in systems (Ariba) Monitors the participation of subsidiaries and suppliers throughout the possible call for tenders process (connections, reminders, feedback from analyses, etc.) Assists leading segments in consolidating information sent by subsidiaries. Assists the leading segments in meetings, minutes broadcasts, organizes meetings, Prepares contractual documents and annexes, controls them, prepares contracts and sends them for signature after validation by the leading segments
2. Support for the leading packaging and accessories segments
In the context of consultations or calls for tenders:
  Prepares documents in coordination with leading segments and makes them available in ARIBA Upon receipt of offers, prepares analysis files for the leading segments After attribution, prepares all the documents to be distributed In the context of support projects such as supplier databases, qualification, reporting, etc.:
  Assists leading segments in data preparation and data entry as needed Participates in meetings and contributes to actions to be carried out
3. Purchasing management
For calls for tenders or consultations, supervised by the leading segments, prepares and carries out the entire purchasing process from the consultation to the establishment and signing of the contract or the CGAs
