**Job Title: 2-2-3 Operator** **Job Description** As a 2-2-3 Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art machinery used for processing and packaging various products. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, producing high-quality products, and coordinating with team members to ensure efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other operators, quality technicians, and supervisors. **Responsibilities** + Operate state-of-the-art equipment + Collaborate with team members to produce products that meet customer needs. + Troubleshoot equipment and develop solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency. + Change and adjust equipment between production runs. + Accurately manage inventory using an inventory management system. + Operate a forklift or pallet jack to transport raw material pallets. + Ensure sanitation of the plant and equipment. + Assist with quality checks on products. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Attend production meetings and complete necessary paperwork. + Communicate and address issues with process or equipment. + Utilize computer skills to work in ERP systems and other programs. + Assist in various facility areas as needed. + Follow food safety and regulatory policies, executing responsibilities as per standard operating procedures. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of machine operating experience in a production environment. + Ability to frequently lift up to 60 lbs. + Proficiency with machine operating, tool change, setup, and troubleshooting. + Strong computer skills and familiarity with programming. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior food production experience is preferred but not required. + Experience with general labor, mixing, production, food handling, batching, calipers, assembly, and inspection. + Skill in using hand and power tools and operating a forklift. **Work Environment** The facility, established in 2018, is a state-of-the-art, well-lit, and meticulously clean environment. You will be working the 2-2-3 schedule, earning a night shift premium. The facility boasts modern machines, forklifts, and conveyors, ensuring a pleasant and efficient work atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $47236.00 - $47236.00/yr. Direct Hire. 3 weeks Paid Vacation.
