1ST SHIFT TEMPORARY HAM BONING SUPERVISOR

HOURS:

1st Shift - flexible as needed or required

 

DUTIES:

Supervise, evaluate and direct production employees on shift in performing operations according to policies and proceduresStimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of production employeesEnsure proper training of employeesMonitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient productionWork closely with other production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the departmentAttend meetings as scheduled and calledPerform other duties as needed or assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have overall knowledge of the Boning Operation and the industryKnowledge and technical skills in a variety of production jobsMust be people oriented, be able to understand employee’s needs, good motivator, and be able to teach new skills to employeesUnderstand and comply with Company policy and proceduresGood communications skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational, math and statistical skills.
