Overview

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Pump Assembly specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in assembling pumps on larger grinder pumps, working efficiently to meet the demands of our fast-paced production line. Required Skills

Ability to strip wires and attach them to panels with precision Experience with pump assembly, preferably on larger grinder pumps Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift and maneuver using a hoist

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with assembly line production Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have Mechanical Skills

Preferred Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in pump assembly preferred

Other Requirements

Ability to work a 7:30am – 3:30pm shift, Monday through Friday ½ hour lunch break and 1 10-minute break per shift
