Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

-\tPrep and assemble products to specification.

-\tComply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.

-\tMaintains a safe, clean and organized work environment.

-\tEnsures that cases and pallets are configured safely and in accordance with standards.

-\tMaintains a scheduled production through to meet team business goals.

-\tMaintains regular and consistent punctual attendance.

-\tMust notify management of any potential food safety or quality issue.

-\tAbility to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

-\tAttention to detail.

-\tAbility to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards.

-\tAbility to work overtime as required, even on short notice.

-\tAbility to work on a flexible schedule based on production needs. Starting time may vary up to 2 hours before or after starting time.

-\tBasic math skills.

-\tOperation of manual and automated processing equipment.

-\tCommunicate to management when there is an issue, whether it is work related or personal.

-\tMust be able to follow strict safety, food security, and Good Manufacturing practices (GMP).

-\tMust be able to perform other duties as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.70 - $17.70/hr.
