Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler I or II, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of medical devices. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced tools and equipment, ensuring high-quality standards in a cleanroom environment. Please note that these are contract-to-hire positions and may extend beyond the initial 12-18 month period.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMicroscope experienceSmall part assemblyStrong communication skillsAbility to work with a microscope 90% of the shiftHigh volume small part assembly experience (minimum 6 months)Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in medical device assemblyCleanroom experienceProficiency with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAbility to work with small parts, including inspecting raw materials and cathetersWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing setting, specifically in a cleanroom environment 100% of the time. The role requires working in close stations, with a standard shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, but candidates must be open to starting an hour earlier or working extended hours when needed. Be prepared to work weekdays and Saturdays as required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
