Job Title: Shift Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated mechanical assemblers to perform assembly of sub-assemblies and large components. You will work independently and as part of a team in specified work areas to complete OEM assemblies. You will read and follow entry-level blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other instructions to build and assemble parts and equipment accurately and efficiently. You will also measure parts using scales, micrometers, and calipers, and utilize overhead cranes and rigging procedures.

ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components.Work independently and in teams to complete OEM assemblies.Read and follow blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and instructions.Measure parts accurately using scales, micrometers, and calipers.Utilize overhead crane and rigging procedures.Travel for equipment installs up to five weeks per year.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and assembling both sub-assemblies and mid-assemblies from 2D and 3D prints.Experience using rigging equipment, power tools, hand tools, and machine building.Ability to work independently with limited training.Strong mathematical skills for metric system conversions.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsEducation equivalent to a high school diploma.Knowledge and ability to use hand tools and machine tools such as drill press, band saw, and cut-off saw.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Vision Reimbursement: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment
Life and AD&D: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment
Personal Days: Effective immediately, you are eligible for three (3) personal days. Unused personal days can be
carried over year to year up to a maximum of 15 days. Any hours earned in excess of 15 days are
paid out annually.
Holidays: We provide ten (10) paid holidays per year.
401k Retirement Plan: You are eligible to participate in the 401k plan upon completion of 30
days of eligible service. We offer a traditional pre-tax 401k plan as well as a Roth 401k plan.

401k Employer Match: If you make salary deferrals to the plan, the Company will make a safe
harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of the amount you contribute up to 4%.
