Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on production equipmentRespond to emergency repairs during production to minimize downtimePrepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsRead and interpret equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and work ordersDocument repairs, maintenance work, and preventive service logs accuratelyComply with all OSHA Safety and Health regulationsCollaborate with supervisors and team members to support production goalsWork overtime as needed (with or without advance notice)1st Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred6 months–1 year of related experience in maintenance, or equivalent education/experiencetrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsbility to read technical manuals, safety documents, and maintenance instructionsBasic math and reasoning skills; ability to apply algebra and geometry conceptsProficiency with computers (Word, Excel, email)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a teamApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
