Temp-to-Hire position$18.40 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runsConduct 1st piece approval using basic metrology equipmentPerform minor maintenance and troubleshooting as neededSupport production operations once setup requirements are metRead and interpret production schedules and work orders for tooling maintenance or replacementVerify and maintain tooling, gages, and fixtures in proper calibration and conditionTrain and support operators on endform processes and ensure documentation is completePerform random quality checks to maintain product standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team membersFollow all safety regulations (OSHA, TS16949) and company policiesSupport continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives1st Shift Endform Setup Technician Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentPrior setup or lead experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical documentsExcellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and maintain professionalismStrong attendance record and willingness to work overtime as neededApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
