**Job Title: 1st Shift Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician with over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electro-mechanics. Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls, and have experience in a food manufacturing environment. The ability to work independently and troubleshoot under pressure is essential, along with familiarity with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment. + Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM). + Maintain proper documentation using CMMS systems. + Troubleshoot and repair control panels, motors, and power distribution systems. + Work with conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and automated packaging equipment. + Perform mechanical alignments, bearing replacements, and belt tensioning. + Calibrate temperature sensors, flow meters, and pressure instruments. + Use diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes. + Follow SOPs and maintain a clean, safe workspace. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or electro-mechanics. + Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. + Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associate’s degree or technical certification in electromechanical technology, electrical engineering, or industrial maintenance. + High school diploma with extensive hands-on experience may be acceptable. + Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (3-5 years). + Experience with automated or robotic systems is a plus. + Familiarity with CMMS like MP2 or SAP. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your work has a global impact.
