We boldly go. **Job Summary：** A Cycle Counter I is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy by managing and counting inventory items. **Responsibilities:** · Perform accurate cycle counts daily. · Support inventory controls that improve inventory accuracy. · Maintain the integrity of inventory and warehouse databases. · Remain current on all standard work related to Inventory Management and Warehouse Management. · Support initiatives to reduce Obsolete and Slow-Moving Inventory (OSMI). · Support initiatives to improve upon existing inventory policies and processes. · Any other duties deemed necessary to support operations at Trane Technologies. **Qualifications:** · Problem Solving: Basic · Analytical: Minimal Analytical Skills · Computer: Basic knowledge of Oracle functions related to Cycle Counting. · Communication: Average written and oral communication. **Key Competencies:** · Valid Driver's License and ability or willingness to learn how to operate all types of powered industrial vehicles available at the Killian plant. · Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver inventory for an entire shift.
