Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Swiss Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be familiar with operating Citizen L12 and/or L20 machines. You will run production, deburr parts, change tools, and perform offsets to ensure machine output meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage Citizen L12 and/or L20 CNC machines.Run production and deburr parts as required.Change broken or dull tools and perform necessary offsets to maintain machine efficiency.Conduct In-Process-Inspection on manufactured parts and document inspection data.Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, and calipers.Read and interpret layouts, job travelers, and blueprints.Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Ensure adherence to written manufacturing processes and procedures.Comply with company quality and safety standards.Complete preventative maintenance duties for equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.Engage in continuous improvement activities.

Essential Skills

2-4 years of CNC Swiss Operating experience.Experience with operating Citizen L12 and/or L20 machines.Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.Strong experience in machine math/shop math.Familiarity with ISO Quality System, particularly in medical device manufacturing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience or training in a production setting and comparable manufacturing.Understanding of tooling requirements for machine setup and operation, including pre-setting tools.Mathematics experience with shop math.Proficiency with measuring tools and numerical control.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
