Spherion is hiring for 1st Shift Assembly Workers to work in Burgettstown. The Assembly position pays $17 per hour and the work schedule is Monday through Friday 5a-3:30p with OT that is always available on Friday. Job Description:

Assembly Workers will be responsible for building and packaging crates along with smaller pieces.

Responsibilities:

Construct high-quality wooden crates according to precise specificationsAdhere to strict safety protocols while consistently meeting or exceeding production goalsOperate computer systems and handheld scanners to process and track work ordersProvide flexible support by assisting other departments and working overtime to meet business needs

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Skills:

Must be able to use hand tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner
