Spherion is hiring for 1st Shift Assemblers in Burgettstown. The Assembler position pays $17 per hour working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday. Assemblers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.

Responsibilities:

Using hand and power tools to assemble windows, tracks, and panelsFollowing proper procedures and guidelines for assemblyMeeting daily production goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAssisting in other departments as needed

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Skills:

Must be able to use hand and power tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner
