Spherion is hiring for 1st shift Assemblers in Burgettstown. This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity with a simple schedule and competitive pay. The Assembly position pays $17 an hour working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime that is available on Friday. Job Description:

Assemblers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.

Responsibilities:

Utilize power and hand tools to assemble windows to precise quality specificationsAdhere to all safety protocols while meeting daily production quotasContribute to continuous improvement by providing constructive feedbackEnsure a clean and orderly work environmentDemonstrate flexibility by assisting in other areas and working overtime when required

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 poundsMust be able to use hand and power tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner
