🔧 What You’ll DoAssemble and test medical devices using microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipmentFollow detailed work instructions and documented proceduresMaintain compliance with all Quality System guidelines and policiesReport any issues related to quality, equipment, materials, or processesKeep your workspace organized and clean to support safe manufacturingTrain coworkers on basic job functions when neededSupport your team with additional duties as assigned🎯 What We’re Looking ForMust-Have SkillsAbility to work under a microscope for up to 90% of the shiftExperience assembling small partsStrong communication skillsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 6 months of high-volume, small part/microscope assembly experienceNice-to-Have SkillsMedical device assembly experienceCleanroom experienceExperience with measuring tools, hand tools & test equipment (especially for 2nd shift)Ability to work with very small components, including catheters🧼 Work Environment100% cleanroom environmentWorkstations positioned near other team membersUse of microscopes, hand tools, and measuring equipment is requiredMust be flexible with overtime and Saturday workOccasional early morning start times (as early as 5:00 AM)🕒 Shift Schedules1st Shift:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
