Job Title: Assembler - Printed Circuit Board TechnologyJob Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler responsible for performing basic assembly and machine loading of materials for printed circuit board technology. This role involves basic set-up and operation of automated solder machines to meet quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesPerform basic assembly with Through-Hole Pin Connectors.Set-up and operate automated equipment using basic computer literacy skills.Recognize and interpret customer/EBWE prints, work instructions, and bills of materials.Conduct IPC inspection for part placements, solder inspection reflow, through hole, and final assembly.Handle Printed Circuit Boards/Components with care, including PB & PB-Free PCA handling.Complete other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsBasic assembly skills.Computer literacy for setting up and operating equipment.IPC inspection knowledge.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral labor experience.Soldering skills are beneficial.GED or High School Diploma.Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.Ability to stand for 10 hours straight.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean, casual environment at a Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in electronic car components and lighting fixtures. Training is provided on the first shift for three weeks before transitioning to the third shift. The company prioritizes a strong culture and career growth for contractors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
