1st Shift Assembler
**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dedicated team as a 1st Shift Assembler working in the Military division where we manufacture, test, and inspect aluminum heat pipes. This role operates on a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 7am-4:30pm with every other Friday off). **Responsibilities** + Perform wiring for control boxes and low voltage transformers. + Work on wire routing, temperature sensors, and pinning/crimping connectors. + Solder copper pipes according to strict blueprints and work orders. + Conduct testing and inspections. + Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges during the inspection process. + Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments throughout the assembly process. **Essential Skills** + Strong cultural fit with good soft skills. + Stable work history with consistent tenure. + High level of attention to detail, particularly with small parts assembly or machining. **Why Work Here?** Our company is a premier thermal management solutions provider with a rich history of innovation and growth since 2003.
