Contract to Hire position$21.00 to $22.00 /annuallyVarious shifts availableLead, coach, and develop a team of quality inspectors to achieve daily performance and quality goals.Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements.Monitor quality metrics, analyze defect trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and enhance efficiency.Adapt quickly to changing priorities and resolve quality issues with urgency and accuracy.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.Communicate effectively across departments to align teams on quality objectives.1st or 2nd Shift - Quality Team Lead - Bilingual Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a quality or production environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate diverse teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining focus on results.
