Temporary position$16.00 to $17.50 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)1st Shift Sorter
Inspect and sort solar panel components by size, type, and quality with close attention to detail.Identify and remove defective parts to ensure only top-quality materials move forward in production.Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety and quality standards.Stay focused and efficient during repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.1st & 2nd Shift Production Associates Qualifications:
No high school diploma just prior warehouse/production experience and a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Must be dependable, punctual, and able to consistently meet attendance expectations.Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.Ability to stay focused, follow instructions, and work well independently or as part of a team.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
