We’re looking to strengthen our team with a skilled IT Project Manager for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a Full time position in Beit Kama.

 

Responsibilities

 

Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the site establishment project 

Lead and ensure project delivery within defined timelines

Participate in all relevant project meetings with stakeholders

Collaborate with Kamada’s internal project managers and various external vendors

Develop IT work plans and define tasks and deliverables

Coordinate with infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, personal computing, and process control teams

Align work phases, schedules, and procurement orders for necessary equipment

Coordinate software integrations to ensure seamless communication across system layers

 

Requirements 

 

Proven experience as a PMO in infrastructure or system implementation projects

Previous experience in site setup projects involving automated production lines in manufacturing environments

Strong understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, cybersecurity, software interfaces, and MESFamiliarity with process control systems

Experience leading new system implementations within organizations

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry – advantage

Proficient English – speaking, reading, and writing

Experience working with project management tools, including Gantt chart creationSkills & Competencies

Strong organizational skills with attention to detailHigh-level analytical and documentation abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectivelyProactive, initiative-driven mindset

High motivation and ability to handle resistance and challengesStrong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
