Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Safely operate pneumatic tanker trucks to transport materials. + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. + Ensure timely delivery of materials to various locations. + Maintain accurate delivery records and logs. + Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations. **What Are We Looking For** + Strong driving skills with a focus on safety. + Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment. + Good communication and teamwork abilities. + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Commitment to following safety and operational guidelines. + At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience + A valid CDL license along with a good motor vehicle record and CSA score + No more than one moving violation, accident, or incident in the past three years + No recent drug or alcohol convictions or pending charges + No positive results or refusals of DOT drug/alcohol tests in the past three years + A valid 1-year DOT Medical Card **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. + Compliance with all company policies and procedures is required. **Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** + Average weekly pay of $1000+. + Minimum weekly guarantee of $900. + Home daily + 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. + Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits. + Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance. + Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation after the 1st year, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays.
